These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the x3333 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and x3333 ("x3333", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the x3333 online betting and casino platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or content made available through the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the x3333 platform in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where the Platform is accessible. If the user is confirmed to be under 21, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held in the account will be forfeited. x3333 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and cooperates with any applicable oversight bodies regarding suspected underage access.
1.2 Geographical Access
x3333 is operated for and primarily directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the x3333 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. x3333 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. If you access x3333 from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and x3333 accepts no liability in connection with such access.
1.3 Legal Capacity
By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; (c) all information you provide to x3333 during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete and not misleading; and (d) you are not a politically exposed person or subject to any financial sanctions that would prohibit you from engaging in transactions with x3333.
2. Account Registration & Management
Rules governing the creation, use and closure of x3333 player accounts.
2.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the x3333 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. x3333 uses automated and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, x3333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, to void any bets placed from those accounts, and to permanently forfeit any balances held across all associated accounts without notice or compensation.
2.2 Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x3333 account login credentials — your registered phone number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x3333 support immediately and change your password. x3333 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that arose from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.3 Account Suspension & Closure
x3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity; (c) the player is under the minimum age of 21; (d) the information provided by the player during registration or at any subsequent time is false, inaccurate or misleading; or (e) the security of the Platform or other players is at risk. Where a player's account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at x3333's discretion.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
Rules governing all financial transactions conducted through the x3333 platform in Bangladeshi Taka.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
x3333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) mobile banking. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). x3333 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. x3333 reserves the right to add, remove or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at the time of your transaction.
3.2 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit at x3333 is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, subject to the limits of your chosen payment provider. Deposits are credited to your x3333 BDT wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases; x3333 accepts no liability for delays caused by your payment provider's systems. You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture. x3333 does not accept deposits in cash or via wire transfer.
3.3 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals at x3333 must be directed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. x3333 targets processing all standard withdrawal requests within 10 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours; actual processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. x3333 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. Withdrawals may be held for KYC verification at x3333's discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Terms governing all bonuses, free spin offers, reload promotions and tournament prizes made available at x3333.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to a player's x3333 account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any portion of the bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms for that bonus at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies. Until the wagering requirement for a bonus is fully met, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds remain in a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.
4.2 Bonus Abuse & Forfeiture
x3333 monitors bonus usage patterns to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using bonus funds exclusively on bets with a statistical expectation of near-zero variance (e.g., placing matched bets across all outcomes) to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; or systematically exploiting welcome bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, x3333 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and derived winnings, to reverse associated withdrawals, and to permanently close the player's account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the x3333 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure.
5.1 Fraud & Money Laundering
Using the x3333 platform for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: using stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials; depositing funds derived from criminal activity; using x3333 as a vehicle to launder money or to conceal the origin or ownership of funds; providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification; or using the Platform in any other manner that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law. x3333 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units regarding suspected fraudulent or money laundering activity and will report such activity as required by applicable law.
5.2 Collusion & Match Fixing
Any attempt to collude with other players, to exploit team or syndicate betting advantages unfairly, or to place bets in connection with any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence. x3333 uses sophisticated monitoring systems to detect statistical anomalies in betting patterns consistent with collusion or match fixing. Where such activity is detected, x3333 will void all affected bets, close all associated accounts, withhold all associated funds, and report the matter to relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies.
5.3 System Exploitation
You must not use any software, bot, script, algorithm or other automated means to interact with the x3333 platform in a manner not sanctioned by x3333. You must not exploit any error, malfunction, software bug or technical vulnerability in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained as a result of exploiting a technical error are void and x3333 reserves the right to reclaim them from your account balance. x3333 also prohibits the use of any form of artificial intelligence or machine learning tool to gain an unfair analytical advantage over the Platform's odds-setting or game mechanics.
6. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the x3333 platform — including but not limited to the x3333 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, text, data, software, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of x3333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x3333 platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from x3333.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x3333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the x3333 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; technical failures; or unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to secure your login credentials. x3333's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total funds deposited by you into your x3333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
x3333 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x3333 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime and accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of Platform unavailability. Bangladesh players acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming involve inherent financial risk and that all bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed.

Your continued use of the x3333 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you may close your account at any time by contacting x3333 support, and any funds in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to these Terms.
